Let us tell you a bit about ourselves....... Founded by Tony Schwartz and Marylou Ambrose, Tonylou
Productions has been entertaining audiences for over a decade, providing some of the finest dinner theater shows in the Poconos
and Northeastern Pennsylvania. What began as a community theater company, "The Lakeside Players," quickly
grew into a full-time business. Along with dinner theater, we also provide other types of entertainent, such as
magicians, musical acts including Swing Band and Dixieland Bands, impressionists, and stage hypnotists. Whatever
your entertainment needs, we can help!
We soon realized that being the "hired entertainment" for other venues limited what we could offer. So we decided to create our own trip packages, as well as give you the opportunity to design your own. We began scouting the best attractions and banquet facilities in Northeastern PA, worked with them to develop affordable prices, and began a marketing campaign. The response has been overwhelming! People soon discovered that both Tonylou Productions and Northeastern PA have a lot to offer!
What began as a fun hobby 10 years ago, quickly developed into an award-winning community theater company
and finally, into a full-time profession. And we love it! One of our biggest rewards in this business
is meeting people from different areas, with different interests, and sharing stories with them. And, of course, we truly
love entertaining our audiences and showing them a good time. When you can do that, and make a living at it, what
more can you ask for? Well, maybe just one thing -- the chance to meet you! We hope we get that chance.
